We asked the people who have been selling e cigarettes in Colorado about how they would answer the question of whether e cigarettes should be legal for consumption in their state.
They told us that they would consider it, but that it is a very difficult question.
It would require a very close and careful examination of all of the facts and data and we will not comment until it is resolved.
I know that there is going to be a lot of confusion about this question because it is such a complex issue.
And we have a lot more to do with this than I can possibly address right now.
There is a lot to be said for the fact that e cigarettes are safe, and we need to get rid of them because there is a clear and present danger to public health and safety.
What we have seen from the evidence, and the people in the industry, is that they are very effective at reducing the rate of cigarette smoking in Colorado.
We have seen an enormous drop in cigarette sales.
We are now down to 1.2 percent of the total retail market.
We’re also seeing an enormous decline in smoking among our children.
In fact, in 2014, there were nearly 6 million fewer children under the age of 15 who smoked than there were 10 years earlier.
That is significant, and it is an indicator that e cigs are working.
It is not that there are not alternatives out there.
I do not want to discourage anyone who wants to try e cigarettes, and I certainly do not think that anyone should be discouraged.
But we need a robust, comprehensive plan to deal with this problem.
That’s why we are in this fight.
The fact that we have been able to reduce smoking rates is not enough to justify passing this law.
The only way to make the market viable for e cig sales is to have a comprehensive, public health plan, and that includes smoking cessation and cessation programs.
The plan must include: an early cessation program that will allow people to begin quitting before they turn 18; the creation of an e-cigarette smoking cessation program for people who are at risk of relapse; and the development of a comprehensive public health education program that includes public health messaging, and will be part of a statewide plan that includes all of these issues.
We will be meeting with stakeholders and taking input from people in this field, including the public health community, to help us address these important issues.
As I said, this is an issue that is a priority for me, because I care deeply about public health.
I have been involved in public health programs in Colorado since I was a state legislator, and my expertise in this area is very strong.
I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Lung Association.
I believe in public education, and this is a critical part of that.
But this issue has to be part and parcel of this broader effort to protect public health in Colorado, because the health of the people we serve is at stake.
The people who sell e cigarettes also have a vested interest in keeping this industry in Colorado because the people that are selling them are paying their own taxes.
We see this issue as a matter of public health, and our interest is to make sure that we protect the public and we protect public interests.
And so the fact is, that this is not just an issue of e cigarettes.
This is a matter about the way that we live, and if you want to sell cigarettes in your home, and you don’t want to buy them in the store, then that is not an issue, and your children are not going to die of smoking.
But if you are in a business where you do want to do this, then you have to go to a different market.
The e-cigarettes industry is not going away.
It has a lot going for it, and its presence is growing and is continuing to grow.
We can’t let that happen.
And that is why we have to be focused on this issue.
I think that the fact of the matter is, there are e cig users out there who are willing to help with this, and they are doing a lot for the public.
They are not buying them for themselves.
They’re buying them because they think it will help others who are trying to quit.
They think that they can be helpful to those trying to get out of smoking, and maybe help others with their own quit attempts.
And they do have a legitimate reason for wanting to help.
They want to help people get help with quitting, and in doing so, they are not just helping themselves.
The bottom line is that we need an industry that works and is a good employer.
There are many businesses out there that can provide that, and as the industry grows, there is always going to come a time when the jobs of the employees are threatened.
There have been reports of some employers that are actively discouraging people from trying to work in the e-
