The Danish parliament has voted to end the sale of e cigarettes in the country, after a Supreme Court ruling that banned sales of the devices.
The Danish Supreme Court ruled that e-cigarettes can no longer be sold in the marketplaces, and the country’s tobacco control authorities have since started an investigation into whether the ban is legal.
The ruling came after the Danish government announced a ban on e-cigarette sales and sales of e-cigarettes online.
The government has since expanded the ban to include tobacco products.
